Default Moebius Strike Build

Hi, all. This is the build that I'm running right now. It does some pretty good Dps.

1. Unsupecting Strike
2. Wild Strike
3. Death Blossom
4. Moebius Strike
5. Asuran Scan
6. Critical Agility
7. Critical Eye
8. Critical Defenses/ Rez

Dagger Mastery: 12+1+1
Critical Strikes: 12+1

I'm just wondering what you all think about it.

I think he meant golden fang over 1. Two leads and no off-hand wouldn't work.

Other than that, there's no problem with the build.

So 2 off-hand and no lead is better?

To clarify what I'm saying : learn sin skills please.

Unsuspecting strike = Lead.
Wild strike = Offhand.
Golden Fang = Offhand.

Telling someone who has a lead and an offhand to replace their lead with another offhand while at the same time saying that their offhand is a lead attack is just plain silly.

Golden Fox > Unsuspecting, Wild > Golden Fang.

Regarding Golden Fang - Moebius builds do not need Deep Wound and IMO are hurt by a Deep Wound. The whole point of DB/MS is the AoE damage, and the faster your target dies, the less DPS as a whole you're putting out. You want to hit as many Death Blossoms as humanly possible without having to switch targets and re-start your chain. It's why personally, I run Jagged Strike or even Sneak Attack as my lead.

"Save Yourselves!" or other imba PvE skill over Res/CritDef.

I also use golden fox as my lead because it's unblockable if you're enchanted. Yes, it's a real downer if any of your attacks are blocked before you can get to death blossom.

I've never liked unsuspecting strike as a lead because it generally doesn't work more than once. The second time you get a chance to use it in a typical battle, the foe has less than 90% health.

Unsuspecting is best for PvP in a spike chain IMO

something like Knockdown Unsuspecting -> Fox Fangs (for the 1/2 activation) -> Horns of the Ox -> Falling Lotus/Spider -> Twisting Fangs

Crit defenses a trash skill and you dont have to bring rez with you all the time, if you wipe, you wipe it won't save you. Get SY!, make you invincible.

Also, use your brain, no point taking Wild Strike if the lead attack before it can be blocked. If you only want damage then takes Golden Fang, instant dw.

Crit Defenses is a good skill for when you're running SY and have now become a prime target for melees. Still, it's not worth it to run it if you could have run something else to do more damage. But if you have a free slot (combo starter, duals, moebius, asuran scan, emanagement covered), it's perfectly acceptable to bring it.

Also, use your brain, instead of bashing Wild Strike try suggesting a better alternative for the crappy lead. Say, like Golden Fox Strike? Unsuspecting is terrible in PvE, because just Death Blossom alone should put your next target below 90%, and energy management is usually stretched already without having to use 10 energy for your lead.

pretty nice build...personally i like brawling headbutt for a knockdown/rupt in place of cd...i dont run into much problems with the frontline they tend to be on their back for a fair amount of the fight anyways...as for the casters works very nice for a quick recycled rupt...critical eye is really not needed...i critical on every death blossom without and if you want the extra energy per critical just go with zealous daggers and get it on every hit...which leaves the utility slot open for a rez

Either switch unsuspecting for golden fox,or wild strike for golden fang.

Res can be dropped(if anything,u're prob the one dying anyway) for SY!,critical defenses or the likes.

IMO, your three PvE skills should almost always be Asuran Scan, Critical Agility, and Save Yourselves. I don't think you'll get anything more out of any other PvE skills.

I'd say drop crit defenses/res for Save Yourselves, and unsuspecting for golden fox. Otherwise, it's pretty much the standard MS>DB.

Golden Fox
Wild Strike
Death Blossom
Moebius Strike
Critical Agility
Critical Defense/Assassin's Remedy
Critical Eye
SY!

Dag 12+1+1
Crit12+1

Unblockable chain up to Death Blossom, removes stances leading up to Death B., IAS, decent defense, additional chance for crit, and you contribute to the group by boosting their armor.

An alternative is to switch Critical D. out with Assassin's Remedy. Helps keep blinding off of you.

Sins are usually the first to die so a rez is useless.

Why use a lead and an off-hand? Just use Golden Phoenix --> Death Blossom --> Moebius --> Death Blossom --> Moebius, repeat, repeat, repeat. Shortens the chain and if your DB gets blocked, just use Golden Phoenix and your right back in the AoE spam.

Unsuspecting strike is useless with a DB/Moebius spam build because it kills your target to fast if it works, and if it doesn't work its just a waste of energy.

For a spiking build use some knockdowns and maybe Palm Strike and Twisting Fangs.

Umm... no. If DB gets blocked, you're waiting 7 seconds for GPS to recharge -- white dmg FTL
